Important Information

As an accommodation provider, we are obliged to check the 3G regulation. Upon arrival, each guest must present a document stating that they have been vaccinated, recovered or tested negative at most 24 hours before. Unvaccinated guests currently have to submit a negative test every 4 days.

    Are pets allowed in the guest house?

    Unfortunately, out of consideration for people with allergies, we cannot allow pets.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash payment on arrival after viewing the room, advance transfer with invoice e.g. by e-mail to our bank account,
    and payment via PayPal. Card payment by EC or credit card is not possible.

    By what time does departure/check-out have to take place?

    An overnight stay in the guesthouse includes the time from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. This means that the room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. In the case of longer use, the room may no longer be cleaned and an additional night would be charged.

    Are your rooms handicapped accessible?

    Individual apartments are accessible without barriers, also with a wheelchair, but the bathrooms are not accessible without steps.

    Is smoking allowed in the guest house?

    All our rooms are non-smoking rooms, smoking is strictly forbidden there. On individual floors there are designated lounges where smoking is allowed.
